Terri Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University. Since 1996, she has been a key leader at John Boner Neighborhood Centers, where she manages the day-to-day operations of the community center. Terri oversees the overall structure and organization of the center, directly managing Vice Presidents and Program Directors while providing leadership to more than 120 employees to ensure the center consistently meets its objectives.
