Jamie Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and serves as the Senior Director of Community Family Initiatives at Edna Martin Christian Center. With more than 14 years of experience at EMCC, Jamie has played a key role in developing and leading out-of-school time programs, intergenerational family development initiatives, and school-community partnerships. She is actively involved in federal and local efforts to strengthen community engagement and has contributed to sustainability planning, strategic development, and grant writing to support long-term impact.
