SPARK Learning Lab strengthens early childhood education by supporting providers with high-quality professional development and business training. Through the SPARK Business Learning Series, local daycare and early childcare providers participate in an 8-week virtual cohort, gaining practical knowledge, peer support, and personalized coaching to improve their operations and services. The IndyEast Promise Neighborhood partners with SPARK to recruit neighborhood providers into this transformative program, enhancing the capacity, quality, and sustainability of early childhood resources in our community.
