MCCOY champions the positive development of youth by driving community and system-level change across Indianapolis. With a strong focus on advocacy, collaboration, and capacity-building, MCCOY works to ensure all young people have the resources and support they need to thrive. As a key partner of the IndyEast Promise Neighborhood, MCCOY played a foundational role in launching our Youth Advisory Board, helping to elevate youth voices and shape the future of our work through meaningful engagement and leadership development.
