The Indy East Promise Neighborhood is a data-driven initative. Black Onyx Management is our data partner for our Community Survey. They craft the survey and train our surveyors to engage with residents and collect vital data through the door-to-door survey. In addition to working with IEPN, Black Onyx equips nonprofit and for-profit organizations, as well as local government agencies, with research, guidance, and program management, empowering communities to create meaningful, data-driven change.
