Our Focus

Our Work

IEPN School Children

The Promise Neighborhood is a student-centered, data-driven initiative that focuses on four stages of growth – Learn Early, Learn in School, Learn for College and Career, and Learn in Community. There are opportunities for parents, scholars, teachers, and neighbors to engage every step of the way. The initiative builds on the work already being done by providing more resources for schools and partners to support family engagement and academic achievement.

Creating an environment where the whole family thrives and prospers.

Learn Early

Birth-Kindergarten

From birth to age 5 is the most rapid growth period in little learners. In these 5 years, children establish their foundation for all future learning.

Learn In School

Learn in School encompasses all the work that falls within the school day. This includes on-site staff and supports for our scholars and their families.

Learn for College & Career

High School and Post-secondary

Through initiatives like 529 college savings plans for kindergarteners, we help build a strong foundation for future success. College and career exploration and mentorship programs ensure that every scholar has the guidance and resources needed to thrive in their career path and future plans.
