Organizing Team

The Organizing Team will play a critical role in providing feedback to Promise Neighborhood staff and leaders, collaborating with the Youth Advisory Board, engaging schools, parents, caregivers, and neighbors, and organizing meetings and stakeholders to achieve greater awareness and systems change.

Youth Advisory Board​

The IndyEast Promise Neighborhood Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is a group of 7 students in 7th-11th grade who live in and/or attend a school within the IndyEast Promise Neighborhood. They provide critical perspectives and voice to IEPN engagement primary beneficiaries of IEPN programming and supports while participating in professional and personal development opportunities to become community leaders.
